Chef Mark Vesh has honed his art working in various Resorts, Hotels, Country Clubs & Restaurants that set the industry standards in excellence over the last fifteen years including the Greenbrier Country Club, Saddle Brook Resort , Amelia Island Plantation and The Ritz-Carleton on Amelia Island. But it was in The Grill ***** a Five Diamond Restaurant on Amelia’s golden shores that Chef Vesh developed a true talent for international cuisine & a fatal love for working with fresh ingredients flown in from around the globe daily.

The combined art, discipline and passion was chiseled into the well packaged art form we see today. Years of tutelage with some of our countries’ most discerning chefs in the underbelly of the south’s greatest kitchens can be seen in Chef Vesh’s craft. This experience has enabled Chef Vesh to succeed in setting himself apart from the pack in terms of culinary education and background.

Whilst his client list on both coasts reads as a list of “who’s, who?” East Coast Clientele includes PRI Productions, Jacksonville Business Journal JIA Host Event for Super Bowl, FL-GA End of season party and The Ribault Club. Chef Vesh’’s West Coast clientele are proving to be a dynamic component to his business as well adding to his roster are Merrill Lynch, Pfizer, Coca-Cola, Price Water House Coopers, New York Life, New Tampa Hospitality Group & MetLife. Catered by Vesh is also on the preferred caterer’s list for such venues as Cross Creek Ranch, Event Factory and The Lange Farm.
